  1. Develop and Implement Communication Strategies:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to create comprehensive communication plans aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor communication approaches to reach them effectively.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, website content, press releases, and media relations, to disseminate messages.
  1. Content Creation and Management:
  •  Write, edit, and curate engaging and persuasive content for different platforms and formats, including articles, blogs, newsletters, videos, and infographics.
  •  Ensure all communication materials adhere to the organization’s tone, branding guidelines, and reflect the desired image.
  1. Media and Public Relations:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage and manage press inquiries.
  • Draft press releases, media kits, and execute PR strategies to maximize media exposure.
  1. Digital and Social Media Management:
  • Manage and update the organization’s social media channels, responding to comments and engaging with the audience.
  • Monitor social media analytics and insights to identify trends, optimize content performance, and enhance social media strategy.
  1. Crisis Communication:
  • Develop crisis communication plans and serve as a spokesperson during times of crisis, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information to all relevant parties.
  1. Internal Communications:
  • Facilitate internal communications to keep employees informed about organizational updates, events, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
  1. Event Coordination:
  • Collaborate with teams to promote and manage communications for events, conferences, and community engagement activities.
  1. Brand Management:
  • Support the maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity across all communication channels and materials.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of proven experience as a Communications Officer, Public Relations Specialist, or a similar role in the PR industry.
  • Experienced in  collaborating effectively with third-party agencies. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate communications strategies in partnership with external organizations, resulting in successful campaigns and projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
  • Proficient in utilizing various communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities to build relationships with stakeholders, media, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of media relations, crisis communication, and marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and insights to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
